OUR COMMITMENT TO LOCAL COMMUNITY
From its humble beginnings in October 1970 to today, Carina Leagues Club has become one of the most respected Clubs in South East Queensland. We are very proud of our history and everything that the Club represents in the local community.
We are part of the Clem Jones Centre which is the hub of many sports in the district and club members enjoy a range of benefits The centre focuses on youth development and it is pleasing the at the foresight of the founding members of the Camp Hill Carina Welfare Association is of benefit to today’s youth as it has done so now for over 50 years.
The Carina Leagues Club continues to showcase our ongoing support for our local community groups and organisations.
Many clubs, individuals, community groups, charities and schools have benefited from our sponsorship via a variety of means from the donation of money, goods or equipment through to the free use of facilities. The Club remains firmly committed to supporting the local community.
Our Club’s commitment to the Carina Junior Rugby League Football Club, and in particular the Junior Development Programme run by Michael De Vere, continues to reap rewards with over 500 players representing the junior club.
